Ecstasies Unrevealed

He looked at her, sleeping peacefully, unaware of everything else. Her hair sprawled over the pillow, her eyes tightly shut, her lips parted a little and her chest rising up & down in a rhythm. He took in the sight of the woman he loves, the woman he adored, the woman he wanted who was now his. He traced her features with a feathery touch, not wanting to wake her yet, mesmerized by her face. He knew the brown eyes behind those closed lids, decorated with those long eye lashes, so well! He knew they'd open up for him any minute, giving him a lazy, yet loving look. He knew that nose, the one that always scrunched whenever she disliked something. The one that always rubbed against his, in the hope of making him smile & love her in return. He could already taste those full lips, as his fingers brushed across them. The ones which always knew which place to kiss, the ones that spoke the words of adoration. He rubbed the back of his hand against the full cheeks, the one which showed the dimple in her left cheek every time he made her laugh. He knew it, he knew it all. He loved her so much! Oh God, it hurt to think of not seeing this face even for a single day. He let go of the morbid thoughts that were beginning to cloud his mind as he bent forward and kissed her forehead followed by feverish kisses on her eyes. She scrunched her nose as she stretched and yawned. He smiled at the simplicity of her at this minute. Her face, so flawless, so innocent..so perfect! She opened her eyes and looked at him and gave him a huge smile which made his heart beat a little faster.
"Wake up, beautiful. I can't wait another second to tell you that I love you...!"
