She curled up on her bed and silent tears ran down her face. How she was controlling the sobs from escaping, only she knew. It was difficult to breathe. But, she didn't want him to know! She held her breath as she heard the door open...
He saw her trembling & knew she was crying. Even with her back towards him, he knew. And he knew the reason behind it too. With his head dropped, he turned away from her and closed the door and just let it be because he was too scared to face it all - too scared to face her troubles .. or even his own.
